Return policy

1. Returns Window

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery (please retain original packaging and tags).


2. Eligibility

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags and accessories

Products damaged by wear, misuse, or altered after delivery may not be accepted for return.


3. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive a valid return:
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Exchanges will be processed if stock is available
• Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect (bank processing time included)


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.


5. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact support with order number
• Receive return authorization and instructions
• Ship item back with proper packaging
